Abstract

كانت السياسات الاقتصادية الفرنسية المتبعة في بلدان المغرب العربي من أبرز العوامل في صناعة التخلف، إذ ان عمليات الاستنزاف والاستغلال الاقتصادي لموارد هذه البلدان هو حجر الأساس الذي مكنها من إعتماد سياسات جعلت من خلالها هذه البلدان تابعة لمنظومتها بصفة عامة وللنظام الاقتصادي الكولونيالي على وجه الخصوص، ولعل شركة المعادن المغناطيسية –مقطع الحديد- كان إحدى أهم آليات الإستعمار الإقتصادي الفرنسي لموارد الجزائر وتونس خاصة المعادن ذات الطابع المغناطيسي كالحديد والزنك والرصاص، مُتبعة في سبيل ذلك عدّة أساليب وطرق مباشرة وغير مباشرة، مما مكّنها في الأخير من تحقيق أقصى إستفادة مادية. The French economic policies used in the Arab Maghreb countries were among the most prominent factors in the underdevelopment industry, as the depletion and economic exploitation of the resources of these countries is the cornerstone that enabled them to adopt policies through which these countries made their subordinate to their system in general and to the colonial economic system in particular. The company of magnetic minerals - iron cutters - was one of the most important mechanisms of the French economic colonization of the resources of Algeria and Tunisia, especially minerals of a magnetic nature such as iron, zinc and lead, followed for this purpose by several methods and methods, direct and indirect, which enabled them in the end to achieve the maximum material benefit.
