دور الأسر في الصناعات التقليدية والحرف لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة –من منظور القانون الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى محاولة إبراز دور الأسرة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال الصناعة التقليدية والحرف المنزلية ، ولا شك أن الأسرة هي المعلم الأول لمبادئ التنمية المستدامة، حيث تعتبر الصناعة التقليدية والحرف المنزلية عامل حيوي يساهم بشكل كبير في الحفاظ على مقومات الشخصية الوطنية والهوية الثقافية للمجتمع الجزائري بالإضافة إلى انه يساهم بشكل فعال في الحد من التبعية الاقتصادية ،ومن خلال ورقتنا البحثية هذه تطرقنا أيضا إلى الآليات القانونية لممارسة الصناعات التقليدية والحرف نموذج مقاربة لتدخل الأسرة في التنمية. This research paper aims to try to highlight the role of the family in achieving sustainable development through traditional industry and home crafts. There is no doubt that the family is the first teacher of the principles of sustainable development, as traditional industry and home crafts are considered a vital factor that contributes greatly to preserving the components of the national character and cultural identity. In addition to the fact that it contributes effectively to reducing economic dependency, for the Algerian society, and through our research paper, we also touched on the legal mechanisms for practicing traditional industries and crafts, a model approach to family intervention in development.
