علاقة العمل الليلي بحوادث العمل دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى نذير محمد بتيزي وز

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة العمل الليلي وعلاقته بحوادث العمل، وقد أجريت في مستشفى نذير محمد في تيزي وزو، على عينة 60 من الممرضين، باستخدام استبيان صمم خصيصًا لهذه الدراسة، تمت معالجة النتائج باستخدام SPSS لأجل التحقق من صحة الفرضيات. وخلصت إلى أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العمل الليلي، غياب الانتباه، التغيير في الإيقاع البيولوجي وحوادث العمل وأنه لا توجد حوادث عمل ذات صلة إحصائيًا بسبب هذه المتغيرات (العمر والخبرة المهنية والحالة الاجتماعية). وبناءً على هذه النتائج، يمكن قبول الفرضية العامة التي بموجبها "هناك علاقة بين الايقاع البيولوجي وحوادث العمل". This study deals with The relationship between night work and work accidents. It was conducted in Nadhir Mohamed Hospital in Tizi Ouzou, among a sample of 60 nurses, using a questionnaire specifically designed for this study. The results were processed using SPSS to validate the hypotheses. It concluded that: There is a statistically significant relationship between night work and lack of attention, as well as a change in biological rhythm and work accidents. There are no statistically related work accidents due to these variables (age, professional experience and marital status) Based on these results, the general hypothesis under which "there is a relationship between night work and work accidents" can be accepted.
