Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز مدى أهمية موضوع العمل التطوعي في رسم معالم سياسات التنمية للدول، وأحد أهم عوامل التغيير والتقدم، فهو يمثل مجال حيوي لنشاط مؤسسات المجتمع المدني، تجمعها أهداف إنسانية إجتماعية غير ربحية تعبر عن معاني التضامن و التكافل الاجتماعي. بشكل عام يسعى العمل التطوعي الجمعوي إلى تحقيق نتائج في مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، الثقافية، والسياسية، متمثلة في الرغبة في تحقيق التنمية، المشاركة، التنشئة السياسية، والتي تتمحور حول السياسات التنموية العامة للدول. The study aims to show the importance of volunteering in shaping the development policies of countries, and one of the most important factors of change and progress. It represents a vital area for the activity of civil society institutions, united by social and non-profit humanitarian goals ,that express the meanings of solidarity and social solidarity. In general voluntary community action is seeking results in various economic, social, cultural, and political sectors, represented in the desire for development, participation, and political upbringing, which are centered on the general development policies of the countries.
