مناهج تعليم اللغة العربية في المغرب العربي الجزائر و تونس و المغرب أنموذجا دراسة تحليلية مقارنة

Abstract

يسعى هذا البحث إلى الاطلاع على مدى نجاح الإصلاح التربوي وعمقه في البلدان المغاربية: الجزائر، تونس، المغرب المتجسد أساسًا في إصلاح مناهجها التعليمية الموجهة لمنظوماتها التربوية ومدى قدرتها على الإيفاء بمتطلبات الإصلاح وعلى إنجاحه، لذلك ركز البحث على دراسة المناهج التعليمية الخاصة بتعليم اللغة العربية وتحليلها و أرفق كتبها المجسدة لها ثم قام بالمقارنة بينها بهدف الاطلاع على توجهات هذه الدول والتعرف على نظرتها للغة العربية: منزلتها، أهدافها، طرق تعليمها، واختياراتها الرامية إلى تحسين تعليم اللغة العربية والرفع من جودته كما قام البحث بتقديم عدد من الأفكار في صورة بديل يهدف إلى تجاوز التعثرات المسجلة وقد خلص البحث إلى ضرورة تظافر الجهود وتكاثفها وتوسيع آفاق التعاون والتشارك بل التوحد بين الدول الشقيقة من أجل إرساء سياسة تعليمية رصينة متسمة بالعلمية والواقعية والقابلية للإنجاز، في سبيل النهوض بمنظوماتنا التربوية بصفة عامة وبتعليم اللغة العربية بصفة خاصة. This research aims to examine the success and depth of educational reform in the Maghreb countries of Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco, primarily as embodied in the reform of their educational curricula and their educational systems, and their ability to meet the requirements of reform and ensure its success. Therefore, the research focuses on studying and analyzing the curricula for teaching Arabic language, including the textbooks that embody them, and then comparing them to understand the orientations of these countries and their perspectives on the Arabic language, its status, objectives, teaching methods, and choices aimed at improving and enhancing the quality of Arabic language education. The research also offers several alternative ideas aimed at overcoming the identified obstacles. The research concludes with the necessity of concerted and intensified efforts, expanding cooperation and partnership, and even unity among sister nations to establish a sound educational policy characterized by scientific rigor, realism, and feasibility, in order to advance our educational systems in general and Arabic language education in particular
