Les parentalités en Algérie: intérêt de l’enfant, monoparentalité et kafâla

Abstract

Résumé: Cet article résulte d’un programme scientifique mené au Centre Jacques Berque (Institut français de recherche, basé à Rabat) et qui a donné lieu, entres autres, à un ouvrage collectif intitulé “Les parentalités en Afrique musulmane”(sous la direction de Yazid Ben Hounet et Catherine Therrien), qu’on peut suivre sur : https://books.openedition.org/cjb/1744?lang=fr. Les auteurs du présent texte ont contribué à ce programme et ont souhaité discuter pour la revue Afkar wa Affak de certaines des problématiques soulevées par cette recherche, appliquées à la réalité algérienne. ملخص: هذا المقال هو نتيجة برنامج علمي أجري في مركز جاك بارك (معهد البحوث الفرنسية،ومقره في الرباط) ومن مخرجاته الرئيسية إصدار مؤلف جماعي بعنوان الوالدية في أفريقيا المسلمة (تحت إشراف يازيد بن هونات وكاثين تييان(Catherine Therrien; Yazid Ben Hounet) ، ويمكن الاطلاع على هذه الدراسة على الرابط التالي:https://books.openedition.org/cjb/1744?lang=fr. يقترح محررو هذه الورقة ابصفتهم من المشاركين في انجاز هذا البرنامج مناقشة بعض الإشكاليات، التي أثارها هذا البرنامج البحثي والتي تنطبق على الواقع الجزائري. Abstract: This article is the result of a scientific program conducted at the Centre Jacques Berque (French Research Institute, based in Rabat) and which gave rise, among other things, to a collective volume entitled “Les parentalités en Afrique musulmane” (edited by Yazid Ben Hounet and Catherine Therrien), which is available online at https://books.openedition.org/cjb/1744?lang=fr. The authors of this text contributed to this program and wished to discuss for the journal Afkar wa Affak some of the issues raised by this research, applied to the Algerian reality.
