Abstract

تعتبر الموانئ بمثابة الواجهة الاقتصادية لأي بلد عبر مختلف الأزمنة، فمن خلال نشاطها وركودها ونمط إدارتها يمكن معرفة حقيقة الواقع الاقتصادي والتجاري لذلك البلد، وقد عرفت تونس تحولات كبيرة في موانئها من حيث إعادة البناء والهيكلة الأمر الذي كان له إفرازات جديدة على المبادلات التجارية الخارجية بصوة خاصة والاقتصاد التونسي بصورة عامة في ضل الحماية الفرنسية، والمقال محاولة لتسليط الضوء على التغيرات التي عرفتها موانئ تونس خلال الحماية الفرنسية من حيث السياسة الإدارية الجديدة، وموقع هذه الموانئ ضمن الاقتصاد الفرنسي بتونس The Ports are the economic front of any country across the ages, through its activity and stagnation and the pattern of management can know the reality of the economic and commercial reality of that country, Tunisia has undergone major transformations in its ports in terms of reconstruction and restructuring, which has had new repercussions on foreign exchanges in particular and the Tunisian economy in general in the French protection.
