Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى جانبين أحدهما علمي والآخر إداري؛ فأما الأول فيعرف بالمخطوط وأماكن تواجده، ثم جرد المخطوطات وفهرستها. وتصنيفها حسب العلوم وبعد ذلك حماية المخطوطات وترميمها وكذا استنساخ نسخ منها. أما إدرايا فتناول مختلف القوانين المنظمة للمخطوطات وكذا المراكز والمخابر والجمعيات المهتمة بالمخطوطات The study aims at two aspects, one scientific and the other administrative. As for the first, it is definition the manuscript and its locations, then the manuscripts are inventoried and indexed. Classifying them according to science and then protecting and restoring manuscripts, as well as making copies of them. As for administration, he dealt with the various laws regulating manuscripts, as well as centers, laboratories, and associations interested in manuscripts
