خصائص الخدمة الصحية و علاقتها بتنامي ظاهرة العنف في المؤسسات الاستشفائية - دراسة ميدانية لعاملين بالقطاع ممن عايشوا الظاهرة

Abstract

تعتبر المؤسسة الصحية جزء من النظام الصحي وظيفتها توفير الرعاية و العناية الصحية لجميع الأشخــــــــــــــــــاص بدون استثنــاء وهذا عن طريـــــــــــــــــــــق ما يسمـى بالخدمة الصحية، التي تمثل سلسلة من الأنشطة و الفاعليات التي تعزز مستوى الرضا للمستفيد و تتم بتضافر كل متكامل من أجهزة و معدات و كفاءات طبية وعلاقات تزرع الرضا و الاطمئنان في قلوب طالبي الخدمة. لكن في كثير من الحالات يقع التصادم بين طالبي و مقدمي الخدمة الشيء الذي يؤدي الى تبني ممارسات العنف قد تلحق الضرر و الأذى بمقدي الخدمـات و بالمنشاة و بالأجهزة الطبية على حد السواء. من خلال هذه العمل سنحاول الاقتراب أكثر من موضوع العنف في المؤسسات الاستشفائية، من خلال التركيز و تسليط الضوء على خصائص الخدمة الصحية المقدمة من خلال جملة من المؤشرات كالعلاقة بين العاملين الصحيين و طالبي الخدمة، نقص الأجهزة و الأخطاء الطبية و رفض كتابة بعض الوصفات ذات الادوية الخاصة من قبل بعض الأطباء، و علاقة كل ذلك بتنامي ظاهرة العنف في المؤسسات الاستشفائية.

The health institution is part of the healthcare system, and its function is to provide healthcare and medical services to all individuals without exception through what is known as health services, which represent a series of activities and events that raise the satisfaction level of the beneficiary. These activities are carried out through the integration of medical devices, equipment, medical competencies, and relationships that give satisfaction and reassurance in the hearts of patients . However, in many cases, conflicts arise between the patients and providers of healthcare, which can lead to the adoption of violent practices that may harm service providers, the institution, and medical devices . Through this work, we will try to discuss the topic of violence in health institutions by focusing and shedding light on the characteristics of health services through a set of indicators, such as the relationship between healthcare providers and patients , lack of medical devices and medical errors, refusal to write prescriptions for specific medecines by some doctors, and the impact of all of this to the growing phenomenon of violence in health institutions.
