التجربة الجزائرية في التعليم الإلكتروني والتعليم عن بعد وآليات ضمان جودة التعليم العالي في ظل جائحة كورونا

Abstract

لقد كشفت جائحة كورونا الخلل الكبير في طرق التدريس التقليدية وعدم قدرتها على مواجهة الأزمات خصوصا بعد الإغلاق التام للمؤسسات التعليمية، وهو ما دفع بالدول والهيئات التعليمية إلى التفكير في الاستفادة من التجارب العملية لطرق واستراتيجيات تدريس أثبتت كفاءتها في دول مختلفة. وعليه، تهدف الدراسة التحليلية الحالية إلى وصف التجربة الجزائرية في التعليم الجامعي خلال فترة جائحة كورونا. وفي ضوء ما توصل إليه الباحثون من نتائج، سنحاول عرض استراتيجية الصف المقلوب كآلية تعليمية فعالة يمكن أن تسهم في تحقيق الجودة في التعليم الجامعي في أوقات الأزمات. The Corona pandemic crisis has revealed great flaws in traditional teaching methods and their inability to face crises especially after schools closure prompted countries to take advantage of the practical experiences in teaching methods and strategies which have proven their efficiency in different countries. The current analytic study aims therefore to describe the algerian experience in university education during the Corona pandemic period. In light of the researchers' findings, we will try to present the flipped classroom strategy as an effective educational mechanism that can contribute to achieving quality in higher education in times of crisis.
