Abstract

من بين الأرصدة الهامة التي يحتفظ بها أرشيف ولاية تيبازة ذات القيمة الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والدينية رصيد الفترة الإستعمارية الخاص بالمحكمة الشرعية بشرشال، والذي من خلاله يمكن استخلاص معلومات هامة تعكس لنا الطابع الإجتماعي والنشاط الاقتصادي والتطور التاريخي لمجتمع هذه المدينة. إن إشكالية هذه المقالة تطرح موضوع سجلات المحكمة الشرعية بشرشال وأهميتها من خلال التعريف بها وبأهم مميزاتها، بالإضافة إلى كيفية كتابتها، ودور القاضي الذي كان له حق الحكم الشرعي في القضايا طبقا لتعاليم الدين الإسلامي. وما يمكن استنتاجه من خلال دراسة هذه السجلات ومكانتها كأهم مصدر لكتابة التاريخ الإجتماعي والإقتصادي والثقافي للجزائر.
