التفاعل المغاربي بإيالة الجزائر خلال القرنين 71 و 71 م "دراسة اجتماعية اقتصادية

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة العناصر المغاربية التي استقرت في الجزائر خلال القرنين السابع عشر والثامن عشر الميلاديين ومدى تفاعلها مع فئات المجتمع الجزائري من الجانبين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، وقد تعددت أسباب تواجد تلك الفئات في إيالة الجزائر منها: السياسية، والاقتصادية، والثقافية التي رصدتها مختلف الوثائق الأرشيفية والمصادر المطبوعة. انحدرت العناصر المغاربية من مختلف أنحاء المغرب العربي، واستقرت في مناطق مختلفة من إيالة الجزائر، وتحكمت في استقرارها جملة من العوامل البشرية والطبيعية. كما كوّنت الفئات المغاربية علاقات مختلفة مع سكان الجزائر في كل ربوع الإيالة وفي مقدمتها العنصر التركي، منها علاقات اجتماعية كالمصاهرات والزيارات والتكافل عن طريق الأوقاف التي كانوا يوقفوها، كما تفاعلت مع مختلف فئات المجتمع اقتصاديا وذلك بربط علاقات اقتصادية متعددة إما من خلال البيع أو الشراء. وتلك العلاقات سواء كانت اجتماعية أو اقتصادية ساعدت على استقرار تلك العناصر في الجزائر خلال القرنين السابع عشر(17) والثامن عشر(18) الميلاديين واستمرت لفترات لاحقة وذلك بتشجيع من السلطة العثمانية في الجزائر والباب العالي This study examines the Maghrebi elements that settled in Algiers during the 17th and 18th centuries and their interaction with the Algerian society from both social and economic perspectives. Various reasons led to the presence of these groups in the Regency of Algiers, including political, economic, and cultural factors, as documented in diverse archival records and printed sources.

The Maghrebi elements originated from different regions of the Maghreb and settled in various areas of the Regency of Algiers, influenced by both human and natural factors. These groups established different types of relationships with the inhabitants of Algiers, especially with the Turkish element, including social relationships such as marriages, visits, and solidarity through endowments they created. They also engaged economically with various segments of society through diverse economic relationships, including buying and selling activities. These social and economic relationships facilitated the settlement of these elements in Algiers during the 17th and 18th centuries and continued into subsequent periods, encouraged by the Ottoman authority in Algiers and the Sublime Porte
