Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـ : الضرائب في الأندلس منذ قيام الإمارة الأموية حتى سقوط دويلات الطوائف 138-485هـ/756-1092م دراسة تاريخية اقتصادية" إلى البحث في مسألة الضرائب باعتبارها عاملا حاسما في تحديد علاقة الدولة بالمجتمع، وبقدر ما تُعدّ الضرائب ظاهرة اقتصادية سياسية، فهي أيضا ظاهرة اجتماعية، بما تخلفه من انعكاسات على المجتمع خاصة الفئة الهشة منه. لأجل ذلك جاءت إشكالية الموضوع لتبحث في جدلية الضرائب بين متطلبات السلطة السياسية وآثارها المجتمعية، وهي النظرة ذاتها التي تقودنا للبحث في طبيعة الضرائب ومنطلقات فرضها على الرعية، مرورا بآليات تحصيلها ومجالات إنفاقها، وصولا إلى الوقوف على الآثار والانعكاسات التي يمكن للقهر الضرائبي أن يتسبب بها، وموقع اندلاع الثورات الاجتماعية ومحاولة الإطاحة بالأنظمة السياسية من كل ذلك.This study, marked as " Taxes in Al-Andalus from the beginning of Umayyad State to the collapse of Taifas States (138-485A H )/( 756-1092 A.D) Historical Economic Study" aims at examining the issue of taxes as a decisive factor in determining the State's relationship with society. To the extent that taxation is a political economic phenomenon, it is also a social phenomenon, with its implications for society, especially the vulnerable group. That is why the issue of taxation has been examined between the requirements of political power and its societal effects. This is the same view that leads us to examine the nature of taxes and the starting points for imposing them on the parish, through the mechanisms for collecting them and their spheres of expenditure, in order to see the effects and repercussions that tax oppression can cause, the location of the outbreak of social revolutions and the attempt to overthrow political systems.
