نحو تفعيل آليات لتطوير أداء المكتبات : انموذج مكتبات جامعات جزائرية

Abstract

عالجت الدراسة موضوع الأداء الكلي للمكتبة الجامعية، من خلال توظيف الطرق العلمية والأساليب الإدارية المعاصرة التي تسمح بتطوير جودة أداء هذه المكتبات وتميزه للإرتقاء بمستوى خدماتها وتعزيز ثقافة النجاح الدائم والمستمر، مع التعرف على أهم الخصوصيات المرتبطة بأداء المكتبات الجامعية في الجزائر والكشف عن المتغيرات المؤثرة فيه، بما يُفضي إلى محاولة لضبط مجموعة من الآليات المرتبطة بتطوير جودة الأداء وتميزه لإضفاء مزيد من الحركية على هذا الأداء وجعله يتماشى مع المستجدات والتغيرات الحاصلة على مستوى البيئة الداخلية أو الخارجية للمكتبة. شملت الدراسة مسح لست وثمانون (86) مكتبة أكاديمية تابعة لإحدى عشر (11) جامعة عبر الوطن، بلغت عينة الدراسة مائتان وسبعة (207) أفراد مسؤولين على إدارة شؤون هذه المكتبات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تباين في استجابات أفراد العينة حول مستوى أداء المكتبات الجامعية مع إقرار بعدم تطبيق أهم الآليات المقترحة ضمن الدراسة لتطوير أداء هذه المكتبات

This study aimed to examine the overall performance of the university library, using scientific and managerial methods to improve the quality of library performance as a trend on which the university library can rely to enhance the level of its services and promote a culture of sustainable success. The study also aims to adapt these mechanisms to the requirements of the working environment of Algerian university libraries. The study included a survey of eighty-six (86) university libraries and the study sample reached two hundred and seven (207) individuals. The results of the study revealed a discrepancy in the responses of the members of the sample on the level of performance of academic libraries, with an acknowledgement that the most important mechanisms proposed in the study have not been applied to develop the performance of these libraries.
