تقييد السنة لمطلق القرآن دراسة تفسيرية حديثية فقهية وأصولية

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان عدد من المفاهيم المتعلقة بمسألة تقييد السنة لمطلق القرآن وما يتعلق بها من أحكام من خلال استعراض جملة من الأقوال والترجيح بينها استنادا على أهم الأصول التفسيرية والحديثية والفقهية والأصولية المعتبرة، ويبين كيفية تعامل أهل التفسير وعلوم القرآن مع هذه المفاهيم وماهي الأسس التي اعتمدوها في العملية الترجيحية لمختلف الأدلة النقلية والعقلية. وقد جاء البحث مبيناً مفهوم التقييد والإطلاق، وأبرز جهود العلماء في ذلك من خلال جملة من الأمثلة التي يتبين من خلالها حقيقة التعارض الظاهري بينهما، كما يسعى البحث إلى تأكيد عدد من الحقائق التفسيرية المبنية على العلوم الشرعية والتي يمكن من خلالها رد كثير من الشبهات التي يتناقلها المستشرقون والتي يهدفون من خلالها إلى زعزة الثوابت الإسلامية المبثوثة في كتب علوم القرآن وأصول الفقه ونحوها. الكلمات المفتاحية: التقييد، الإطلاق، القرآن، أصول، الفقه. This research aims to clarify a number of concepts related to the issue of the restriction of the Sunnah to the absolute of the Qur’an and the rulings related to it by reviewing a number of sayings and weighing between them based on the most important exegetical, hadith, jurisprudential and fundamentalist principles, and shows how the people of interpretation and Quranic sciences deal with these concepts and what are the foundations that They adopted it in the weighting process of the various transport and mental evidence. The research came to clarify the concept of restriction and release, and the most prominent efforts of scholars in this through a number of examples that show the reality of the apparent contradiction between them. The research also seeks to confirm a number of explanatory facts based on islamic sciences, through which many of the suspicions transmitted by orientalists can be answered, which they aim to undermine the Islamic constants transmitted in the books of the sciences of the Qur’an, the principles of jurisprudence, and the like.
