Abstract

من خلال د ا رستنا وتحليلنا للمادة التاريخية العلمية توصلنا إلى المعلومات والحقائق التاريخية أن الوالي العام جاك سوستال أثناء توليه فترة الحكم في الج ا زئر سنة 5511 ناضل من أجل تطبيق سياسة مزدوجة عن طريق تجسيد مشروعه وأفكاره العسكرية والقمعية والسياسية الإدماجية، بخلق قوة ثالثة بإش ا رك الج ا زئريين من أجل القضاء على الثورة المباركة وتهدئة الأوضاع ونشر الأمن ظاهريا أما باطنيا فهو عزل الشعب عن الثورة لكن هذا المشروع قوبل بالرفض من طرف المستوطنين Through our study and analysis of the historical material, we came to the information and historical facts that General Governor Jacques Sustal, during his rule in Algeria in 1955, struggled to implement a dual policy by embodying his project and his military, oppressive and integrative ideas, by creating a third force by involving the Algerians in order to eliminate the blessed revolution.
