في الحاجة إلى الرشدية: استدعاء للماضي أم وقفات للمراجعة

Abstract

ملخّص: تتالت في السنوات الأخيرة دعوات الباحثين في وطننا العربي إلى الاهتمام بإسهامات قدامى المفكرين، والبناء عليها في تأسيس نهضة عربية كاملة الأركان. ولئن كانت الشخصيات العلمية التي يُراد توظيفها كثيرة ومتباينة التوجه والاهتمامات ومن أبرزها ابن رشد الفيلسوف القرطبي، فإنّ ما يشترك فيه أصحاب تلك الدعوات هو الرغبة في البناء على الماضي والاستناد إلى أعمدته، وهذا ما يدعو إلى التساؤل عن جدوى ومشروعية الرجوع إلى إسهامات العصور البعيدة في عصر تتجدد فيه المعارف كل لحظة، ويشمل التغيير كل ميادين العلم ومجالات الحياة. Abstract: Can we use, in our time, the works of our ancient scholars and thinkers to treat and solve our contemporary problems? To answer this question, the present study tries to propose elements of analysis. In this framework, we try to analyze the multiple points of view concerning the current value of Averroism (as an example); between those who argue that Ibn Rushd's thought is a breakthrough in philosophical reflection, and those who reduce it to an explanation of Aristotle's philosophy. Résumé: Peut-on avoir recours, dans notre époque, aux œuvres de nos anciens savants et penseurs pour traiter et résoudre nos problématiques contemporaines ? C’est à la réponse à cette interrogation que le présent texte tente de proposer des éléments d’analyse. Dans ce cadre nous nous efforçons d’analyser les multiples points de vues concernant la valeur actuelle de l’averroïsme (comme exemple) ; entre ceux qui soutiennent que la pensée d’Ibn Rushd constitue une avancée dans la réflexion philosophique, et ceux qui la réduisent à explication de la philosophie d’Aristote.
