Abstract

لاحظ الدارس لمراحل الاحتلال الروماني لنوميديا تركيزهم على تكوين جيش قوي لأداء الأدوار الدفاعية والتوسعية، وبناء التحصينات العسكرية المتنوعة كالمعسكرات، محاولة منهم لتثبيت الاحتلال. وتعتبر مملكة نوميديا أكثر المقاطعات التي أنشئت فيها هذه الأنواع من التحصينات. وتعتبر الآثار الرومانية المنتشرة بنوميديا وخاصة المنشآت العسكرية من أبرز الشواهد التي يرتكز عليها الباحث اليوم لدراسة التاريخ العسكري للاحتلال الروماني. الكلمات A student of the periods of the Roman occupation of Numidia notes their focus on forming a strong army to perform defensive and expansionary roles, and building various military fortifications such as camps, and, in an attempt to stabilize the occupation.
