واقع إدارة وتسيير التربصات الميدانية لطلبة السنوات النهائية علم المكتبات والمعلومات ومدى تأثيرها على مسار التكوين الجامعي بالجزائر قسم جامعة الجزائر02 وقسمي جامعة تبسة ووهران – أنموذجا-

Abstract

تناولت دراستنا واقع تسير وإدارة التربصات الميدانية بأقسام علم المكتبات الجزائرية وقياس إلى أي مدى يمكن بلوغ تأثيرها على مسار التكوين الجامعي للطالب في هذا التخصص ، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي للوقوف على واقع تسييرها سواء في الجامعات أو المؤسسات المستقبلة للطلبة ، وعلى المنهج المقارن في المقارنة بين أقسام العينة الثلاث (قسم جامعة الجزائر02 -أبو القاسم سعد الله-وقسم جامعة أحمد بن بلة وهران وقسم جامعة العربي تبسي – تبسة –)، أما أدوات جمع البيانات فقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان والمقابلة وبدرجة أقل على الملاحظة، توصلنا في الأخير إلى عدة نتائج علمية أهمها أن معظم المراسيم والقوانين التشريعية المنظمة لهذه التربصات غير مطبقة على أرض الواقع، زيادة على أن الوقت المخصص لها لا يلبي احتياجات الطالب المهنية والتطبيقية بحكم قصر مدتها ، وعجز نسبة كبيرة من المؤسسات التوثيقية المستقبلة على توفير الظروف والإمكانيات التكوينية اللازمة للطلبة أثناء تربصاتهم الميدانية بها وخاصة منها المصالح الأرشيفية في المؤسسات، أما ختاما فقد تم تقديم عدة اقتراحات من شأنها تغيير الوضع وتحسينه مستقبلا أهمها : تمديد فترة التربصات الميدانية ، تنصيب للجنة تكوينية على مستوى أقسام علم المكتبات والتوثيق تقوم Our study addressed the reality of managing and administering practical trainings in Algerian Library Science departments and measured to what extent it impacts the student’s university education path, relying on a descriptive approach to stand on the reality of their management in universities or other institutions, and on the comparative one of the sample’s three sections (Universities of Algiers 2, Oran and Tebessa), using questionnaires, interviews and observation to collect data. We came to several scientific results; most importantly, the legislative decrees and laws regulating practical trainings are not applied due to their short duration, and the inability of the majority of the receiving documentation institutions to provide needed conditions during these trainings, especially the archival services. Therefore, the nature of these institutions must be reconsidered as their impact is significant and direct on the quality and course of the student’s university training. In conclusion, suggestions were presented to improve the situation in the future, by enlarging the duration of the training, creating a digital platform to manage them and establishing a training committee in the Library Science and Documentation departments to intensify field visits to training institutions. بتكثيف الزيارات الميدانية لمؤسسات التربص ، إنشاء منصة رقمية لتسيير هذه التربصات الميدانية وضبطها إداريا وبيداغوجيا ...
