Des Outils D'analogie Dans La Rhétorique De La Violence Verbale Sur Les Forums Numériques

Abstract

Dans la rhétorique de la violence verbale sur les supports numériques, divers procédés linguistiques sont mis en œuvre. Les outils d'analogie, parmi lesquels la métaphore et la comparaison, au centre de cette analyse, sont particulièrement intéressants, en ce qu'ils projettent des images qui rendent concrète et palpable la pensée exprimée. Ces outils d'analogie se présentent comme des instruments linguistiques d'expression de la violence verbale dans des proportions d'autant plus intenses qu'ils sont utilisés à profusion dans les commentaires sur les forums numériques. In the rhetoric of verbal abuse on digital media, various linguistic processes are in use. We will particularly focus our attention on two tools of analogy, metaphor and simile in the sense that they are remarkably expressive. They project images that make the thinking expressed concrete and palpable. Therefore, these tools of analogy appear as linguistic mechanism for expressing verbal abuse more intensively as they are used in profusion in the comments on digital forums.
