Abstract

In the city of Sanai (manufactures) Higher School of Science and Design Technologies – Tunisia Talking about the state of manufacturing and crafts with regards to their knowledge status, social positions, sciences backgrounds, and their organic relation to town planning, their expansion and stability, leads us to talk about the relationship between theory and practice of sciences, namely the appropriateness of the theoretical approaches and its materials and operational implications. The Arab experience in this field shows us that, the use of the results of sciences in industrial applications is mainly due to the material needs of man. Because, understanding the relationship between human urbanization on the one hand and the development of Sanai (manufactures) in the benefit of people, on the other hand, has led to restrict scientific applications in specialized sanai, represented by blogs of scientists, engineers, and skilled manufacturers.
