الاستشراق الفرنسي بالجزائر وعلاقته بالاستعمار (1830- 1900م)

Abstract

يعد الاستشراق وسيلة من وسائل الاتصال والصراع التي شنها الغرب المسيحي على الشرق بعد تداعيات الحروب الصليبية. وشكل الدين الإسلامي أولى اهتماماته بغرض الطعن فيه بالبحث في المجلات الخلافية للتقليل من شأنه من جهة ولإقناع المسلمين بنقص الإسلام والسعي لتنصيرهم ومن جهة ثالثة لحجب تعاليم الإسلام عن الشعوب الأوروبية. رافق الحملة الفرنسية على الجزائر أعداد معتبرة من المستشرقين، فانطلقوا في مختلف ربوع الجزائر منكبين على كل ما يخص الجزائر في المجال الديني والأدبي والفني والتاريخي بما يكرس الوجود الاستعماري، إلا أنهم ساهموا إلى حد معتبر في دراسة تراثنا وترجمة مختلف المخطوطات وأزالت الستار عن دراسات كانت مهملة في رفوف المكتبات وقد ارتبط الاستشراق الفرنسي بالجزائر ارتباطا وثيقا بالاستعمار فكرس نفسه لخدمته فكان وجهه الفكري، كما أجزل الاستعمار عليهم العطايا والأوسمة عرفانا بجهودهم Orientalism is a means of communication waged by the Western Christians on the East after the aftermath of the Crusades. In fact, Islam was the first concern for offending it through researching controversial areas to downplay it on the one hand and to convince Muslims of the lack of Islam and seek to convert them . The French campaign against Algeria was accompanied by a large number of Orientalists in various disciplines. They interested in studying and translating Algeria’s History focusing on different fields, such as religion, literature, art, and history to satisfy the French greediness. Accordingly, they unveiled studies that were neglected in private and public library shelves.
