Migrations estudiantines vers et à partir de l’Algérie

Abstract

Résumé: Notre étude vise à cerner les trajectoires des étudiants étrangers en Algérie et des étudiants algériens en France entre 2014 et 2018. Les résultats de l’enquête réalisée en 2018 dans les deux pays auprès de 567 étudiants ont permis d’analyser des projets d’études universitaires distincts aussi bien au niveau des procédures d’admission, de l’adaptation en milieu universitaire, du processus d’intégration dans le pays d’accueil que des perspectives à la fin des études. Sur un autre plan, à l’ère de la globalisation, la mobilité estudiantine est plus que jamais devenue un marché mondial ou la concurrence s’est installée fortement entre les pays d’accueil pour l’attraction des étudiants. Cette étude propose in fine une révision de la théorie push-pull avec le marquage des pays qui sont devenus à la fois des zones de départ, d’installation et de transition, en particulier pour des étudiants poursuivant des études supérieures à l’étranger. ملخص: تهدف دراستنا إلى تحديد مسارات الطلاب الأجانب في الجزائر والطلاب الجزائريين في فرنسا في الفترة ما بين 2014 و2018. وقد أتاحت نتائج المسح الذي أجري في عام 2018 في البلدين مع 567 طالبًا من تحليل مشاريع الدراسة الجامعية وكذلك في إجراءات القبول، والتكيف مع البيئة الجامعية، وعملية الاندماج في البلد المضيف وآفاق في نهاية الدراسات، في عصر العولمة الذي أصبحت فيه حركة الطلاب أكثر من أي وقت سوقًا عالمية أفرزت منافسة قوية بين الدول المضيفة لجذب الطلاب. تقترح هذه الدراسة مراجعة لنظرية “pull push" مع تحديد البلدان التي أصبحت في الآن ذاته بلدان مصدر وعبور ووجهة، وخاصة للطلاب متابعة التعليم العالي في الخارج. Abstract: Our study aims to identify the trajectories of foreign students in Algeria and Algerian students in France between 2014 and 2018. The results of the survey carried out in 2018 in the two countries with 567 students analyse the study projects through the procedures of admission, the adaptation in university environment, the process of integration in the host country as the prospects at the end of the studies. In this era of globalization, student mobility is more than ever becoming a world market where competition has strongly settled between the host countries for the attraction of students. This study suggests in fine a revision of the push-pull theory with the marking of the countries which have become at the same time departure, settlement and transition zones, in particular for students pursuing higher education abroad.
