الأسرى والمعتقلون المغاربة لدى العثمانية في الجزائر 1519- 1830م "الجزائريون والتونسيون أنموذجا"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دوافع تواجد بعض الفئات المغاربية في إيالة الجزائر ألا وهي فئة"الأسرى والمعتقلين"، وطريقة معاملة السلطة العثمانية لتلك الفئات سواء كانت محلية أو وافدة. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها بعد دراسة الموضوع أنه بالرغم من تعدد أسباب أسر واعتقال السلطة العثمانية سواء للفئات الجزائرية أو التونسية إلا أن الصراع العسكري يعتبر أهم سبب في ذلك. إن وضع الأسير الجزائري أو التونسي في الجزائر يختلف عن الأسير الأوروبي سواء من ناحية المعاملة أو الإيواء وهذا حسب الكتابات التي أرخت لذلك. The purpose of this study is to highlight the reasons for the presence in Algeria of certain Moroccan groups, namely, "prisoners and detainees," and the manner in which the Ottoman Authority treats these groups, whether local or indigenous. One of the findings of the study was that, despite the many reasons for the capture and detention of the Ottoman Authority by both Algerian and Tunisian groups, the military conflict was the most important reason for that. The situation of Algerian or Tunisian prisoners of war in Algeria is different from that of European prisoners of war in terms of treatment and accommodation, according to the literature that has been completed
