الاحتراق النفسي لدى الممارسين النفسانيين والأطباء العامين(دراسة مقارنة)

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة الاحتراق النفسي لدى الممارسين النفسانيين العياديين والأطباء العامين، والفرق بينهما في درجات أبعاد الاحتراق النفسي (الإنهاك الانفعالي، تبلد المشاعر، الشعور بنقص القدرة على الإنجاز). أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (120) منهم (60) ممارس نفساني عيادي و60 طبيب عام وللتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياس الاحتراق النفسيي MaslachI MBI وطرح سؤال مفتوح لتحديد الصعوبات المهنية التي يواجهها كل منهما. بينت نتائج الدراسة أن كل من الممارسين النفسانيين العياديين والأطباء العامين يعانون من صعوبات مهنية متعددة، إلا أن الأطباء العامين سجلوا درجات عالية من الاحتراق النفسي مقارنة بالممارسين النفسانيين العياديين، كذلك الإنهاك الانفعالي وتبلد المشاعر كان أكثر عند الأطباء العامين، أما الشعور بنقص القدرة على الإنجاز فبالرغم الفروق في المتوسطات الحسابية إلا أنه ليس له مدلول إحصائي. The current study aims to reveal the nature of burnout among clinical psychological practitioner’s and general physicians. and the difference between them in the degrees of dimensions of burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment). This study was conducted on a sample of 120 individuals, including 60 clinical psychological practitioner’s and 60 general physicians. To verify the hypotheses of the study, the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)applied, and open question was asked to determine the professional difficulties faced by each of them. The results showed that both psychological practitioner’s and general physicians suffer from multiple professional difficulties. However, general physicians have a higher degree than the clinical psychological, in degrees of burnout in the two dimensions: emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. As for the personal accomplishment, despite the differences in the mean between the two samples, it has no statistical significance.
