التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى المرضى المقبلين على جراحة قلب مفتوح

Abstract

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث في التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي بأبعاده المختلفة (النفسي، الجسمي، العائلي، الاجتماعي) لدى المرضى المقبلين على جراحة قلب مفتوح ، وهذا بتطبيق مقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي على عينة من ثمانين (80) مريض من الجنسين وتتراوح أعمارهم مابين الواحد والعشرين والأربعة والأربعين (21ــ 44) سنة. وقد تمت معالجة المعلومات المتحصل عليها عن طريق برنامج منظومة الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وأساليب إحصائية أخرى مختلفة، وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي يمكن استثمارها في بناء مخططات تساعد هذه الفئة بهدف تجاوز أهم الصعوبات وما تابعها من سلبيات ومضاعفات تمس مستقبل المرضى . Abstract: This study aims to explore the dimensions of the psychosocial adjustment of patients to undertake heart surgery, for this, we have developed a psychosocial adjustment scale. The study involved a sample of 80 patients with heart problems, and a comparison was make between male and female patients in psychosocial adjustment to the disease, and found results that can used to develop schemes that help to overcome negative difficulties. Résumé: Cette étude a pour objectif l’étude de l’ajustement psycho-sociale dans ses diverses dimensions, psychique; physique ; familiale et sociale chez des patients sur le point de subir une intervention chirurgicale à cœur ouvert. Une échelle d’ajustement psycho-sociale acété élaborée et appliquée sur un échantillon de 80 patients atteints de problème cardiaque des deux sexes et âgés entre 21 et 44 ans. L’analyse des données collectées est faite sur la base de la comparaison selon le genre afin d’évaluer l’efficacité du test.
