اختلالات التسيير في المنظمة: مقاربات سوسيولوجية

Abstract

ملخص خلال هذه الدراسة سنحاول رصد أهم المقاربات النظرية التنظيمية التي حاولت تفسير مفهوم اختلالات التسيير في المنظمات. هذا الأخير، الذي شكل جدلا كبيرا ما بين المفكرين والمنظرين، حيث حاول كل واحد منهم إثبات وجهة نظره الخاصة، وتركيزه على مجموعة من الظواهر والمؤشرات للوصول إلى المحددات النظرية لنشأته وتطوره، من أجل معالجة الاختلالات والحد منها. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الآراء والنتائج التي من شأنها المساهمة في إثراء موضوع البحث. Abstract: Through this study, we will try to identify the most important approaches to organizational theory that attempted to explain the concept of dysfunctions in organizational management. This concept caused controversy among thinkers and theorists, each of whom tried to prove their point of view and focused on a group of phenomena and indicators to reach the theoretical determinants for its origin and development. This was done to address the dysfunctions and reduce them. The study concluded a set of opinions and results that could contribute to the enrichment of the research subject. Résumé : A travers cette étude, nous allons essayer d'identifier les approches théoriques organisationnelles les plus importantes qui ont tenté d'expliquer la notion de dysfonctionnement de la gestion dans les organisations. Cette notion a constitué une grande controverse entre penseurs et théoriciens, chacun d'eux ayant démontré son propre point de vue et s'étant concentré sur un ensemble de phénomènes et d'indicateurs pour atteindre les paramètres théoriques de son origine et de son développement. Afin d’aborder, limiter et réduire les dysfonctionnements, l’étude s’est conclue par un ensemble d’opinions et de résultats qui contribueraient à enrichir le sujet de recherche.
