الضغط النفسي وعلاقته بالدعم الاجتماعي لدى مرضى سرطان الثدي المترددات على العيادات الصحية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى الضغط النفسي وعلاقته بالدعم الاجتماعي لدى مرضى سرطان الثدي، وتحقيقاً لهذا الهدف استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة (224) من مرضى سرطان الثدى في العيادات الصحية في مدينة القدس وضواحيها، اختيرت بالطريقة القصدية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى مرضى سرطان الثدي كان متوسطاً، في حين كان مستوى الدعم الاجتماعي عالي. وبينت النتائج وجود علاقة عكسية بين الدعم الاجتماعي ومستوى الضغط النفسي لدى مرضى سرطان الثدي، وأظهرت وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الضغط النفسي وفقاً لمتغيرات الدراسة، يعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية، لصالح العزباوات، ولمتغير عدد الابناء لصالح من ليس لديهن اطفال. كما بينت وجود فروق مستوى الدعم الاجتماعي وفقاً لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية، لصالح المتزوجات، ووجود فروق في متغير عدد الابناء لصالح ثلاث فاكثر. وتؤكد هذه النتائج قيمة الدعم الاجتماعي في تخفيف مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى مرضى سرطان الثدي في المجتمع الفلسطيني بعامة، وفي محافظة القدس بخاصة. The study aimed to investigate psychological pressure and its relation with social support among breast cancer patients, by using the descriptive approach. The purposive study sample consisted of (n=224) breast cancer patients in the health clinics in Jerusalem and its suburbs. The study results revealed that the level of psychological pressure in breast cancer patients was moderate while the level of social support was high. Also, the resultsshowed a negative relationship between social support and psychological pressure among breast cancer patients. As well, the study showed significant differences in the level of psychological pressure according to the study variables: social status in favor of single and number of children in favor of those who don’t have children. Furthermore, the study revealed significant differences in the level of social support according to: social status in favor of married and number of children in favor of those who three and more children.The study results confirm the value of social support in reducing the level of psychological pressure among breast cancer patients generally in Palestinian society and particularly in Jerusalem.
