Abstract

دور المخطوط في حفظ الحقوق ملخص: مهما تعاقبت الأزمنة وتعددت المحن فلن تتغير الهوية، فهي موروث تتناقله الأجيال بكل الوسائل، ولعل أبرزها المكتوبة والمخطوطة، لذا جاء هذا الموضوع للبحث في الدور الذي لعبه المخطوط الجزائري في حفظ حقوق الفرد والمجتمع، كحق الانتماء، والملكية العقارية، والثقافية، وحفظ حقوق البلاد الدولية، من خلال الوثائق المخطوطة التي تحصلنا إليها، والتي تعود إلى العصر الحديث. resumé L’objet de cette étude est d'examiner le rôle joué par le manuscrit algérien dans la préservation des droits de l'individu et de la société, tels que le droit d'appartenance, de propriété immobilière, et culturel, aussi la préservation des droits internationaux du pays. ,à travers les documents manuscrits que nous avons reçus, qui remonte à l'ère moderne. Abstract The subject of this study is to examine the role played by the Algerian manuscript in the preservation of the rights of the individual and of society, such as the right of belonging, real estate, and cultural property, as well as the preservation of international rights of the country. , through the handwritten documents we have received, dating back to the modern era.
