الصدمة النفسية: تنظير لمفاهيمها واضطراباتها

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا النظرية إلى التعريف بالصدمة النفسية حسب مختلف المقاربات، سيما المقاربة المعرفية، النسقية، والتحليلية. فضلا عن عرض لأهم الآثار الصدمية لدى الطفل والمراهق، وكذا العلامات المرضية التمييزية للصدمة النفسية من وجهة نظر تصنيف الجمعية الأمريكية للطب العقلي. كما نشير إلى أن الدّراسة المبسّطة للصدمة تستهدف تمكين الطلبة المعنيين في دراساتهم الجامعية من الفهم وتفادي الغموض. The aim of our theoretical study is to define psychic trauma according to different approaches, including the cognitive, systemic and psychoanalytic approach. In addition, a presentation of the most widespread traumatic effects on children and adolescents, as well as discriminatory pathological signs according to the classification of the American Psychiatric Association (APA). We recall that the simplified study of trauma aims to enable students involved in their university studies to understand and avoid ambiguity.
