التنظيم الاجتماعي عبر المؤسسات التقليدية في منطقة القبائل " مقاربة سوسيولوجية لمنطقة تيزي راشد التابعة لولاية تيزي وزو"

Abstract

اعتمد المجتمع القبائلي تاريخيا على مؤسسات تقليدية عملت على تنظيم الأدوار والمسؤوليات المختلفة، التي أسهمت في استقراره واستمراريته. ويهدف هذا المقال إلى تقديم تحليل سوسيولوجي لهذه المؤسسات من خلال إبراز وظائفها التقليدية والرمزية في تنظيم العلاقات، وتعزيز التماسك، وصون الذاكرة الجمعية. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن هذه المؤسسات، رغم الضغوط الناتجة عن التغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية الحديثة،لم تنقرض ولم تفقد حضورها، بل أبانت عن قدرة ملحوظة على إعادة تشكيل وظائفها وأدوارها بما يتناسب مع السياقات الجديدة.كما تبين استمرار بعض أشكال التضامن التقليدي مثل التويزة، وثـمشراط التي ما تزال تمارس كآليات فعالة للتكافل والتعاون بين الأفراد، وهو ما يعكس مرونتها البنيوية وقدرتها على التكيف. ومن ثم يمكن القول أنه رغم تراجع بعض وظائفها المباشرة أمام مؤسسات الدولة، فقد تمكنت هذه المؤسسات من التوفيق بين الاستمرارية والتكيف مع متطلبات التحديث.

Historically, Kabyle society has relied on traditional institutions that organized social roles and responsibilities, contributing to its stability and continuity. This article aims to provide a sociological analysis of these institutions by highlighting their traditional and symbolic functions in regulating social relations,strengthening cohesion, and preserving collective memory. The results show that despite the pressures resulting from modern social and cultural transformations, these institutions have neither disappeared nor lost their significance. On the contrary, they have demonstrated a remarkable ability to reshape their functions and roles in accordance with new contexts. Furthermore, traditional forms of solidarity such as touiza and thimchrat continue to bepracticed as effective mechanisms of mutual aid and cooperation, reflecting their structural flexibility and adaptive capacity. . Thus, although some of their direct organizational roles have declined in favor of state institutions, these traditional structures have succeeded in reconcilingcontinuitywith adaptationto the requirementsof modernization
