تجليات السلوك الإجرامي في التاريخ السَّلْطَوي " الأمير إبراهيم بن أحمد الثاني الأغلبي أنموذجا"

Abstract

تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية بالقراءة والتحليل الممارسات الاستبدادية والقمعية التي اُستخدمت في فترة حكم ابراهيم بن أحمد الثاني ( 261-289ه/)، حيث تُعتبر فترة حكمه من أطول الفترات في الحكم الأغلبي التي اتسمت بداياتها بحفظ الأمن وفرض الاستقرار و الاهتمام بالبنية التحتية للبلاد من خلال تشيد المنشآت العمرانية وتحصين الحصون والتنمية الاقتصادية. لتشهد فترة حكمه بعد ذلك تطور خطير في ممارسة العنف والاستبداد يصل إلى حدّ الإجرام وانتهاك صارخ للكرامة الإنسانية طال الرعيَة والأقربون له. مـمّا يوحي بتحول جذري في نفسية وشخصية الأمير إبراهيم الثاني الأغلبي أثرَّ بشكل مباشر في إدارة حكم دولته، أدتْ إلى عزله من قبل الخلافة العباسية في بغداد. This research paper discusses and analyzes the authoritarian and repressive practices employed during the reign of Ibrahim ibn Ahmad II (261-289 AH), a period considered one of the longest in the Aghlabid dynasty. His early rule is marked by the maintenance of security, the establishment of stability, and a focus on the country’s infrastructure through the construction of buildings, fortifications, and economic development. However, his reign later a saw dangerous escalation in the use of violence and authoritarianism, reaching the level of criminality and blatant violations of human dignity, affecting both the common people and those close to him. This suggests a profound shift in the psyche and character of Prince Ibrahim II, which directly influenced the governance of his state and eventually led to his dismissal by the Abbasid Caliphate in Baghdad.
