العنف الطلابي وأسبابه لــدى طلبة جامعة اليرموك

Abstract

ملخص: تقصّت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن العنف الطلابي وأسبابه لــدى طلبة جامعة اليرموك من وجهة نظـــر الطلبة أنفسهم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من(96 ) طالب وطالبة في جامعة اليرموك، وقد اختيرت العينة بطريقة قصديه لإجراء الدراسة. أما أدوات الدراسة التي استخدمها الباحث في الدراسة فهي أداة الاستبانة الخاصة بالطلبة، وتكونت من (41) فقرة موزعة إلى أربعة مجالات ( العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، والعوامل السلوكية، والعوامل النفسية، والعوامل السياسية). وأظـهرت نتائـج الـدراسـة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) للعنف الطلابي لدى طلبة جامعة اليرموك، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائياً بين المتوسطات الحسابية للعنف الطلابي تعزى لمتغير الجنس والكليَة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائياً بين المتوسطات الحسابية للعنف الطلابي وأسبابه لدى طلبة جامعة اليرموك تعزى لمتغير السنة الدراسية ومكان الإقامة، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات منها: عمل برامج توعية للأسر الاجتماعية للتقليل من العنف، ومحاولة التكيف في البيئة الجامعية، والحرص على عدم القيام ببلاغات كاذبة ضد أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. Abstract: The current study investigates the reason of violence among the students and its grounds at the Yarmouk University (Jordan) from the viewpoint of the students themselves. The sample was composed of 96 male and female students, and the sample was singled out in a deliberate manner for conducting the study. The study’s tools, however, that have been used by the researcher in the study were the questionnaire of the students, and it was consistent of «٤1» paragraphs divided over four areas; social, economic, behavioral, psychological and political factors. The study has revealed there being a correlation with a statistical significance at significance level of (α=0.05) of the violence among the students within the Yarmouk University. Non-existence of any statistically significant differences among the arithmetic means of the student violence and its causes in the Yarmouk University is attributed to the academic year variable and the accommodation place. The study has thus concluded with a number of recommendations, including conducting some awareness program geared toward the families for mitigating violence, attempting to adapt the academic environment, and the need for limiting the malicious reports and complains against the teaching staff members. Résumé: Le présent article expose les résultats d’une étude sur le phénomène de la violence estudiantine et ses causes à l’université d’El Yarmouk. Réalisée par un questionnaire portant sur les facteurs mentaux, psychologiques, et politiques administré sur un échantillon composé de 96 étudiants, l’enquête a révélé qu’il y a une corrélation statistiquement significative (α = 0,05) de la moyenne de la pratique de la violence et l’affiliation des étudiants selon la filière de formation, le sexe, l’âge et le lieu de résidence. Sur la base de l’analyse de ces résultats, les auteurs de l’étude proposent une série de recommandations en matière de réalisation de programmes de sensibilisation des familles et mettent en exergue la nécessité d’adaptation du milieu académique pour produire des solutions adéquates pour ce phénomène.
