التفكير البيو ــ إتيقي ورهانات الفلسفة

Abstract

إن العودة القوية للإتيقا في الآونة الأخيرة في الميدانين الطبي والبيولوجي اقتضته التجاوزات الرهيبة المنددة بالخطر في التقنيات الحديثة في هذا المجال، تمس بالدرجة الأولى كرامة الإنسان ومصيره.فالتوظيف اللاعقلاني للتقنية الحديثة، تمخضت عنه إشكاليات إتيقية تحمل في طياتها دعوة إلى إعادة التفكير حول صياغة مبادئ مغايرة لما هو سائد وأخلاق تطبيقية جديدة. كانت النتيجة عندئذ، بروز أخلاقيات علوم الحياة أو ما يسمى بالبيوا-إتيقا، كممارسات وخطابات متعددة المذاهب، تهدف إلى إيجاد حلول لأسئلة ذات أبعاد أخلاقية أثارها تقدم وتطبيق تقنيات العلوم البيوطبية.هذا الميدان هو الذي يعطي للفكر الفلسفي فرصة التجديد، خاصة بعد انهيار الأنساق الفلسفية الكبرى، انجرت عنها هيمنة التقنية على الساحة الفكرية وتساؤلات عديدة حول دور الفلسفة في الوقت الراهن. لذا مَثَلَت البيو-اتيقا نقطة التحام حميمي بين الفلسفة والعلم وبالتالي رهانا فلسفيا بامتياز.

The recent resurgence of the label in the medical and biological fields has been necessitated by the horrific abuses condemned by the danger of modern technologies in this field, mainly affecting the dignity and destiny of human beings. The irrational use of modern technology has led to ethical issues that call for rethinking the formulation of principles other than the prevailing and new applied ethics. The result has therefore been the emergence of life science ethics, or so-called bio-ethics, as practices and discourses of multiple doctrines, aimed at finding solutions to the questions of ethical dimensions raised by the progress and application of biomedical science. It is this field that gives philosophical thought the opportunity to renew itself, especially after the collapse of the great philosophical system. Bioethics therefore represented an intimate fusion point between philosophy and science.
