التّطوّر الدّلالي لمفاهيم المصطلحات الطّبيّة التّراثيّة في المعاجم اللّغويّة العربيّة

Abstract

يتعلّق موضوع هذا المقال بمسألة تطوّر مفاهيم المصطلحات المتعلّقة بالمجال الطّبي وما يرتبط به من فروع معرفية في المعاجم اللّغويّة العربية العامّة؛ وذلك من خلال تتبّع مفاهيم عيّنة من المصطلحات التّراثية الخاصّة بهذه الفروع المعرفيّة، والتي أوردها المعجم التّاريخي للّغة العربية (معجم الدّوحة التّاريخي للّغة العربيّة) في الشواهد المستقاة من العصور التي شملتها المرحلة الأولى والمرحلة الثّانية من إعداد المعجم (أي في حدود السّنة 500 هجريّة)، مع الاعتماد كذلك على المعاجم العربية القديمة منها والحديثة لضبط المعاني اللّغوية العامّة والمفاهيم الاصطلاحيّة للمصطلحات المعنيّة بالدّراسة. وعليه رصدت مجموعة من الألفاظ ذات المعاني الاصطلاحيّة وتتبّعت مسارها الدّلالي والمفاهيمي من استعمالها الأوّل في الشّواهد الحيّة أو المعجميّة إلى العصر الحالي.

The subject of this paper focuses on the issue of the development of terminology notions of medical field and its related branches in general Arabic dictionaries. By tracing the concepts of a sample of the traditional terms of these branches of knowledge, which were mentioned by the Historical Dictionary of the Arabic Language (Doha Historical Dictionary of the Arabic Language) in the citations of the eras included in the first and the second phase of the creation of the dictionary (that is to say until the year 500 AH) with recourse also to ancient and modern Arabic dictionaries in order to identify the general meanings and notions of the terms concerned by the study . Accordingly, I have followed a sample of words with idiomatic meanings and traced their semantic and conceptual path from their first use in live or lexical citations to the present day
