يعد هذا المقال بمثابة تأصيل نظري لموضوع الانتماء التنظيمي، هذا الموضوع الذي أصبح يشغل التنظيمات العالمية باعتباره الميكانزم الأساسي لتوحيد أهداف الأفراد مع أهداف التنظيم الذي ينتمون إليه، وهنا تظهر أهميته كعامل رئيسي في تحقيق فعالية التنظيمات و الحفاظ على استمراريتها. ويهدف هذا المقال إلى الإحاطة بكل جوانب هذا المفهوم من خلال تعريفه و إظهار أبعاده و نظرياته، و ذلك بالانتقال من العام إلى الخاص، أي من المفهوم العام للانتماء وصولا إلى الانتماء التنظيمي، مع التركيز على إشكالية تنمية الانتماء داخل التنظيم. و يبرز في الأخير دور القيم المشتركة كعامل رئيسي في تعزيز تنمية الانتماء التنظيمي. This article serves as a theoretical rooting to the subject of organizational commitment. a topic that has become the primary concern of global organizations as the key means of consolidating the objectives of individuals with those of their organization. This article aims to cover all aspects of this concept by defining it and demonstrating its dimensions and theories by moving the general to the specific, that is, from the general concept of commitment to the factors of organizational commitment development. Finally, the role of values as a key factor in promoting the development of organizational commitment is highlighted.
