Abstract

إن الواقع الإفريقي بتأزماته وخلافاته واحباطاته يفرض على المثقف الإفريقي أن يستعيد ذاكرته التاريخية ويستحضر الماضي ليسترجع ثقته بحاضره، فيستعيد اعتزازه بماضيه وتفاؤله بمستقبله ليعيد إلى الواقع تلك الصور المشرقة من مظاهر التضامن والتآزر والتلاحم التي عاشتها الشعوب الإفريقية والتي مكنتها من تحقيق مكاسب تاريخية غيّرت مجرى التاريخ الإفريقي المعاصر، ولقد كان نضال الشعب الإفريقي في جنوب إفريقيا ضد نظام الميز العنصري أبرز تلك الصور المشرقة في تاريخ الشعوب الإفريقية، التي هزت الضمير الإفريقي وكانت حافزا له على تأكيد روابط الأخوة والتضامن والشعور بوحدة المصير. فقد كان للجزائر دور بارز في الدعم والتأييد والمساندة، مع أنها كانت في بداية نهضتها غداة استرجاع سيادتها، فسجلت الجزائر صفحة مجيدة في سجل التضامن الإفريقي، إذ وجد لديها حزب المؤتمر الوطني الإفريقي وحزب المؤتمر البانافريكاني حركتي التحرير الأساسيتين في جنوب إفريقيا العون والمساندة في وقت كانا يخوضان فيه معركة مصيرية لتحرير وطنهم واستعادة سيادتهم واثبات حقهم كشعب يستحق الحرية والكرامة The African reality, with its crises, disagreements, and frustrations, compels the African intellectual to restore their historical memory and invoke the past in order to regain confidence in the present. The struggle of the African people in South Africa against the apartheid regime was the most prominent among those shining examples in the history of African peoples, which deeply impacted the African conscience and served as an incentive to affirm the bonds of brotherhood, solidarity, and a shared sense of destiny.

Algeria played a prominent role in providing support, endorsement, and assistance. Despite being in the early stages of its own renaissance after reclaiming sovereignty, Algeria recorded a glorious chapter in African solidarity. The African National Congress Party and the Pan-African Congress Party, the two main liberation movements in South Africa, found aid and support from Algeria during their decisive battle to liberate their country and regain sovereignty.
