مصادر الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية دراسة ميدانية بولاية سطيف: الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى مستويات الاحتراق النفسي لدى المعلمين والكشف عن مصادره، وقد اعتمدنا "المنهج الوصفي التحليلي" كونه الأنسب لأغراض الدراسة. وبعد تطبيق مقياس الاحتراق النفسي المعد من طرف الباحثة على عينة قوامها (300) معلما ومعلمة بالمرحلة الابتدائية؛ يتوزعون على مختلف المقاطعات التعليمية لولاية سطيف خلال العام الدراسي 2019-2020، أظهرت نتائج المعالجة الإحصائية لاستجابات أفراد العينة على المقياس أن معظمهم يعانون احتراقا نفسيا متوسطا؛ يرتبط أساسا بمجال "سوء ظروف العمل"، وأن مستويات احتراقهم تختلف باختلاف سنهم وحالتهم الاجتماعية ومؤهلهم العلمي؛ بينما لا تتأثر بجنسهم وخبرتهم المهنية. في الأخير تم تقديم بعض الاقتراحات والتوصيات التي قد تكون لها أهميتها في التعامل مع هذه المشكلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: احتراق نفسي؛ معلم المرحلة الابتدائية.

The current study aimed at identifying the level of "Psychological burnout" among primary school teachers and its sources. Therefore, we adopted the "analytical descriptive approach" as it is the most suitable for study purposes. After applying the psychological burnout scale prepared by the researcher on a sample of (300) male and female teachers; distributed over various educational districts of Setif state for (2019-2020) school year, the results of statistical treatment of their responses on the scale showed that most of them suffer from moderate psychological burnout; which is related mainly to "bad working conditions" domain. There were also a statistically significant differences in burnout levels according to their (age, marital status, instructive qualification), but it was not affected by their gender and professional experience. Finally, some suggestions and recommendations were offered; that may be important in dealing with this problem.
