انهيار الصور الوالدية من خلال اختبار تفهم الموضوع لدى المراهق الذهاني: دراسة تتبعية لتطور الاضطراب من مرحلة الكمون إلى المراهقة

Abstract

ملخص: تبنى الحياة النفسية للفرد انطلاقا من العلاقات الأولى التي تجمع الطفل بوالديه، وعلى أساسها يكوّن اتصالاته بالواقع ويحاول التكيف مع معطياته ومتطلباته، فالطفل يخزن ذكرياته وما نتج عن تفاعلاته في اللاشعور على شكل تصورات ورموز، هذا ما يؤسس تصورا للموضوع (الصور الوالدية) يشمل الجانب الواقعي والهوامي، فكلما تمكن من بناء صور والدية مستقرة ومتمايزة كلما تمكن من تجاوز إشكاليات النمو بطريقة سليمة. هذا ما دفعنا في هذه الدراسة إلى التساؤل عن خصائص الصور الوالدية لدى المراهق الذهاني التي سنحاول الكشف عنها من خلال اختبار تفهم الموضوع. Abstract: Psychic life is building from the first relationships between the child and his parents, this will help him to develop contacts with reality in order to try to adapt to it. The child preserves all the memories and interactions in the unconscious in the form of representations and symbols that will establish the representation of the object (the imagoes) which includes the real and phantasmal aspect. The more he is able to build stable and differentiated parental images, the more he will be able to overcome development issues. In this present study, we wonder about the characteristics of the imagoes in the psychotic adolescent, by trying to explore it through the projective TAT test. Résumé: La vie psychique est construite à partir des premières relations entre l’enfant et ses parents, ceci va l’aider à élaborer des contacts avec la réalité pour essayer de s’y adapter. L’enfant préserve l’ensemble des souvenirs et des interactions dans l’inconscient sous forme de représentations et de symboles qui vont instaurer la représentation de l’objet (les imagos) qui comprend l’aspect réel et fantasmatique. Plus il est capable de construire des images parentales stables et différenciées plus il pourra dépasser les problématiques de développement. Dans cette présente étude nous nous interrogeons sur les caractéristiques des imagos chez l’adolescent psychotique, en essayant de l’explorer à travers le test projectif TAT.
