الخدمات الصحّية في العصر العبّاسي (132 .656ه / 750. 1258م)

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة " الخدمات الصحّية في العصر العبّاسي ؛ حاولت من خلالِها تقديم صورة واقعية لتطوّر صنعة الطبّ في هذا العصر ، و التذكير بطبيعة الخدمات الصحيّة ؛ التّي لمْ تستثنِ أحداً ممّن كانوا يعيشون في كنف الدولة الإسلامية ؛ من العرب و الموالي و أهل الذمّة ؛ بلْ شَمِلَت حتّى المساجين و المجانين و ضحايا الأوبئة و الأمراض و الكوارث الطبيعية ؛ لِتُعطي لنا صورةً عن القِيَم الإنسانية التّي قامت عليها هذه الصنعة . كما أرَدْتُ التذكير بنظام المعالجة في البيمارستانات ، و إسهامات أطبّاء هذا العصر في مختلف التخصّصات الطبّية ؛ كالجراحة ، الطبّ النفسي ، طبّ النّساء و الولادة ، طبّ الأطفال ...إلخ ، و أثر إنجازاتِهِم العظيمة في الغرب المسيحي . إضافةً إلى هذا ؛ حاولْتُ التذكير بدور الدولة العبّاسية في تطوّر هذه الصنعة ؛ من خلال تسخير " نظام الحسبة " لتحقيق هذه الغاية و تجلّى ذلك في الرّقابة التّي فُرِضَت على أصحاب الصنائع ذات الصلة بمهنة الطبّ ؛ كالأطبّاء و الفصّادين و الصيادلة و الحجّامين ...إلخ ، أو تلك التّي تتعلّق بالأطعمة و الأشربة التّي يستهلكها النّاس ؛ كالخبّازين و الفرّانين و الجزّارين و القصّابين ...إلخ This study deals with “Health Services in the AbbasidEra, throughwhich I tried to present a realisticpicture of the development of the medical profession in thisera, and to remind the nature of health services, whichdid not excludeanyonewhoused to live under the Islamic state; Arabs, loyalists and dhimmis; rather, It includedevenprisoners, the insane, and victims of epidemics, diseases and naturaldisasters, to give us a picture of the human values on whichthisindustrywasbased. Women and childbirth, pediatrics, etc., and the impact of theirgreatachievements in the Christian West.In addition to this, I tried to recall the role of the Abbasid state in the development of this profession, by harnessing the “hisba system” to achievethis goal, and thiswasevident in the censorshipthatwasimposedOwners of tradesrelated to the profession of medicine, such as doctors, pharmacists etc., or thoserelated to foods and drinks that people consume, such as bakers, bakers and butchers Erin and the butchers...etc.
