توجهات الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية الجزائرية في ظل النموذج الاقتصادي الجديد " الواقع و التحديات"

Abstract

تولي أغلب دول العالم اليوم اهتمامها بالدبلوماسية الاقتصادية، ومن بينها الجزائر، من خلال مساعيها في توطيد العلاقات الخارجية في المجال الاقتصادي عامة ومجال المبادلات التجارية خاصة، التي تعتبر عصب النشاط الاقتصادي لأي دولة، حيث أصبحت الدول اليوم أكثر من أي وقت مضى بحاجة إلى الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية في تطوير العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية لاسيما في مجال التجارة الخارجية التي تعتبر من بين الركائز الأساسية في تنمية و تطوير إقتصاد أي دولة من خلال الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية التي تعمل من خلالها الدول على توسيع قاعدة شركائها التجاريين والاقتصاديين، وتطوير فرص الاستثمار والتبادل التجاري في مختلف القطاعات مثل الطاقة، الصناعة، الزراعة، والخدمات. إذن من خلال هذه الجهود، تسعى الجزائر إلى تعزيز اقتصادها وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال التعاون الدولي والتبادل الاقتصادي والتجاري. من خلال هذا المقال ربطنا دور الديبلوماسية الاقتصادية الجزائرية بثلاث متغيرات رئيسية هي: 1 . تأثير انخفاض ثم ارتفاع سعر البترول. 2 . آثار الحرب الروسية الأكرانية على الاقتصاد العالمي. 3. تأثيرها على ارتفاع أسعار السلع و البضائع على الاقتصاد العالمي Most countries in the world, including Algeria, pay attention to economic diplomacy in consolidating foreign relations in the economic field in general and in the field of trade exchanges in particular, which is considered the backbone of any country’s economic activity. Today, more than ever before, countries are in need of economic diplomacy in developing international economic relations in particular. In the field of foreign trade, which is considered one of the basic pillars in developing the economy of any country through economic diplomacy, through which countries work to expand the base of their trade and economic partners, and develop investment and trade opportunities in various sectors such as energy, industry, agriculture, and services. So, through these efforts, Algeria seeks to strengthen its economy and achieve sustainable development through international cooperation and economic and trade exchange. Through this intervention, we linked the role of Algerian economic diplomacy to three main variables: -1The effects of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the global economy 2-The effects of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the global economy. 3- Its impact on the global economy.
