التداوي التق ليدي في الجزائر العثمانية من خلال المخطوطات الطبية المحلية في القرن الثامن عشر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة أحد العلماء الجزائريين في مجال التداوي التقليدي بالجزائر خلال القرن الثامن عشر، والتي اعتمدت أساسا على المخطوطات الطبية لأحمد البوني، هذا الأخير الذي عُرف بمكانته العلمية المرموقة بين علماء عصره، وساهم في محاولة استيعاب الحالة الصحية بالجزائر آنذاك، بل أن دراستنا لحياته الاجتماعية والعلمية، جعلتنا نُعجب بهذه الشخصية المميزة ذات الثقافةالواسعة والإرادة الصلبة التي جعلت منه عالما ومطببا أهلاً لأن يُحتذى به في زمن كثر فيه المرض وعزّ فيه الطبيب، كما ترك لنا موروثا ضخما يدل على تفوقه وموسوعيته، مما جعله يرقى إلى مصاف كبار علماء العرب والمسلمين الذين أغنوا المكتبة الجزائرية والعالمية بمؤلفاتهم ودراساتهم القيّمة.

This study aims to highlight the contribution of one of the Algerian scientists in the field of traditional therapeutics in Algeria in the 18th century. It has basically depended on medical manuscripts by Ahmad Al-Bouny, who was well-known for his high-profile status among the scholars of his age. He tried to comprehend the health situation in Algeria at that time. Moreover, through our review of his social and scientific life, one cannot help but admire his prominent personality, with his extensive knowledge and strong will which made him an exemplar-to-follow scientist and therapist, when diseases were horrifically prevalent, while doctors were sadly rare. He left us an immense legacy that maintained his excellence and wide erudition, and that placed him among the greatest Arab and Muslim scholars who enriched the Algerian and global library with their invaluable works and studies.
