Abstract

ملخص: لا يزال حق الإنسان الأساسي في الضمان الاجتماعي غير مضمون لنسبة كبيرة من سكان العالم، بحيث نجد أن الضمان الاجتماعي يشير إلى عمل الحكومة التي تهدف إلى تعزيز رفاهية السكان في قطاعات كبيرة ومحتمل أن تكون ضعيفة مثل الخدمات الموجهة للأطفال أو كبار السن، وهي الخدمات التي تقدمها الحكومة أو الهيئات المعنية المسئولة عن توفير الضمان الاجتماعي، كما أن هذا الأخير له دور كبير في التماسك الاجتماعي وفي تحقيق الوحدة والتكافل الاجتماعي بين أفراد المجتمع. Abstract: The basic human right to social security is still not guaranteed to a large proportion of the world's population, so we find that social security refers to the work of the government that aims to enhance the welfare of the population in large and potentially weak sectors such as services for children or the elderly, which are the services that they provide The government or the relevant bodies responsible for providing social security. The latter also has a major role in social cohesion and in achieving social unity and solidarity among members of society.
