نظريات الدولة بالمغرب الإسلامي ما بين القرنين الأول و الثامن الهجريين/ السابع و الرابع عشر الميلاديين

Abstract

هذه الدراسة لإبراز معالم الفكر السياسي المغربي في العصر الإسلامي، في مجال نظرية الدولة، من خلال تسليط الضوء على الجانب النظري و الجانب التطبيقي. و تطرح إشكالية الدراسة جملة من الأسئلة، حول مفهوم الدولة في المرحلة المدروسة، و الفرق بينها و بين أنماط الدولة المعاصرة لها، و علاقة القبيلة بالدولة تأسيسا و سقوطا في إطار الدورة القبلية التي تشمل مجال القبيلة، و الدورة الحضارية التي تشمل دار الإسلام. و قد اعتمدنا أساسا على المنهج التاريخي، مع الاستعانة بمناهج مساعدة كالمنهج الوصفي، و المنهج الإحصائي، و المنهج الاستقرائي، حسب ما تقتضيه متطلبات البحث و جسوره. و اخترنا خمسة عينات مثلت نماذج لنظرية الدولة عند الخوارج ( الصفرية و الإباضية )، و أهل السنة و الجماعة ( الأدارسة)، و الشيعة ( الإسماعيلية )، و ختمنا الدراسة بأهم النتائج المتوصل إليها في البحث This study aims to express the guidelines and the richness with the diversity of the Maghribean political thought during the Islamic era. In the field of the state theory and its implementation . The study elaborates about the problem through numerous questions regarding the state concept, During the concerned period . Compared with the contemporary state to it. The research had adopted basically the historical methodology with the support of other methods like descriptive , statistics , inductive method , depending of the required conditions and dimensions . We have chosen five examples to represent the state theory as models according to Alkhawaridj, Known as ( Assoufria ,the Ibadhites ) , The Sunnah presenters ( Al adarissa) ; The Shiites ( Al Ismailya ). The study has been ended by the deducted results and lessons
