Abstract

لوثيقة الحبسية أهمية تاريخية تكمن في استحضار الأبعاد الثلاثة المطلوبة وهي الزمن والمكان والموضوع، وفي الكشف عن أسماء المخطوطات ومواضيعها وتواريخ كتابتها، وعن مؤلفيها ومواطنهم الأصلية، كما تُعرّف الباحث بعدد أجزاء المخطوط إن كان متعدد الأجزاء، وهو ما يساعد المهتمين بعلم المخطوطات والمحققين. إن الوقفيات، ورغم الأضرار التي لحقت بها، كان لها الفضل الكبير في الحفاظ على موروث فكري إنساني مهم وضارب في القدم، وفي توفير الكتب للمتعلمين والمدرسين والفقهاء والقضاة .... مما ساهم في رفع المستوى التكويني للطلبة وبالتالي في تخريج أفواج عديدة من العلماء في تخصصات علمية كثيرة، خاصة وأن هذه الكتب كانت مواضيعها متنوعة شملت العلوم الشرعية، والتاريخية، والأدبية، والعقلية، واللسانية...
