Abstract

يمثل المشروع الإصلاحي والسياسي للأمير خالد محورًا أساسياً في الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية،وفكرًاحضاريا،جمع بين حماية مقومات الهوية الوطنية،ومواجهة كل أشكال الهيمنة الاستعمارية القائمة على الفرنسة،والإستلاب الثقافي،من خلال مطالبته بالمساواة في الحقوق السياسية دون الإنصهار في الثقافة الفرنسية،وسعيه إلى بعث الوعي الوطني،وترسيخ قيم الهوية الوطنية عبر النشاط الصحفي والعرائضي، وهذا ماجعل فكره يمثل رمزًا للهُوية الوطنية،ورافدًا أساسيًا للحركات الوطنية الإصلاحية والسياسية التي ظهرت فيما بعد. The reformist and political project of Prince Khaled represents a fundamental axis in the Algerian national movement, and a civilizational thought that combined the protection of the components of national identity, and confronting all forms of colonial hegemony based on Frenchification and cultural alienation, through his demand for equality in political rights without assimilation into French culture, and his endeavor to revive national consciousness, and to consolidate the values of national identity through journalistic and petition activity. This is what made his thought represent a symbol of national identity, and a fundamental tributary for the national reformist and the political system that emerged later..
