Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل التحولات البنيوية العميقة في المجتمع الجزائري في مجالات الأدوار الجندرية، النظام التعليمي، سوق العمل، والتحول الديموغرافي، باستخدام منهجية تحليلية وصفية تعتمد على البيانات الإحصائية والمقاربات السوسيولوجية توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فجوة بين التسارع التكنولوجي والتحولات القيمية من جهة، وبطء الاستجابة من جهة أخرى، كما كشفا النتائج عن تحول جوهري في أدوار المرأة، وأزمة في التعليم العالي نتيجة التوسع الكمي على حساب الجودة، وتفاوت في تبني نماذج العمل المرنة، وتأثير التحول الديمغرافي على البيئة الاجتماعية

This recherche analyzes the profound structural transformation in Algerian society regarding gender roles, education system, labor market, and demographic structure, using a descriptive-analytical methodology based on statistical data and sociological approaches. The study a gap between technological acceleration and value transformation on one hand, and institutional sluggishness on the other. Key findings include significant changes in women's roles, a crisis in higher education due to quantitative expansion at the expense of quality, uneven adoption of flexible work models, and the impact of demographic transition on social structure.
