مهام أخصائي الصحة والسلامة المهنية بالمؤسسات الصناعية والصعوبات التي تواجهه في أدائه لمهنته

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الحديث عن كل ما يتعلق بأخصائي الصحة والسلامة المهنية بالمؤسسات الصناعية وماله من مهام ومسؤوليات، وذلك من خلال تبيان لأهم أدواره المهنية والتحسيسية كجانب من الجوانب التوعوية والتثقيفية. وتبعا لذلك فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج هامة ومهمة أهمها: أن الدور الممارس لأخصائي الصحة والسلامة المهنية يغلب عليه الطابع التقليدي والذي لا يطابق الدور الموصوف له مما أدى إلى ضعف دوره الممارس، كما توصلت لمجموعة من الصعوبات والعراقيل التي تواجه هذا الأخير جاءت في نهاية الدراسة. This study aims to talk about everything related to the occupational health and safety specialist in industrial institutions and his duties and responsibilities, by clarifying his most important professional and awareness-raising roles as an aspect of awareness and education. Accordingly, the study reached significant and important results, the most important of which are: The practicing role of the occupational health and safety specialist is predominantly traditional and does not match the role described for him, which led to the weakness of his practicing role. It also found a set of difficulties and obstacles facing the latter that came at the end of the study.
