Abstract

دأب العلماء على المزج بين الدّراسة اللغوية، والدّراسة الشّرعية، باعتبار أنّ اللغة العربية وعاءً حاملاً للمعرفة الفقهية، و وسيطًا يمكن من خلاله تحقيق التّواصل بين الفقهاء، والرّجوع في حال نزاعهم إلى أسلوب الخطاب وبيئته، ودلالة اللّفظ ونحويته، ونظراً للوحدة الاصطلاحية الحاملة لعلم الفقه، وعلم أصول النحو؛ المتمثلة في علم أدلة الفقه، ونظرًا للتأثير المتبادل بينهما؛ نشأت علاقة ربط بين علم أصول الفقه وعلم أصول النحو، ثمّ انعكس كلّ هذا على الدروس العلمية الأخرى، كلّ في مجاله ومحاله، من بين ذلك: الدّرس التّفسيري الذي يعدّ رافداً مميّزاً من روافد الدّلالة، تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لتكشف الغطاء عن العلاقة المحورية بين الدّرس النّحوي والدّرس الأصولي في منهج تفسير القرآن الكريم عند الإمام ابن العربي.
