هذا المقال عبارة عن تحليل سوسيولوجي للدور الذي يقوم به جهاز الادماج المهني كسياسة للتشغيل في التقليل من البطالة في الجزائر، وقد تبين أن هذه السياسة رغم فعاليتها المحدودة الا أنها لا تكفي لاستيعاب العدد الهائل من خريجي الجامعات على وجه التحديد ، لذلك نرى ضرورة اعتماد خطة طويلة المدى والتي تضمن مناصب دائمة للشباب ، وبالتالي الحد من عدة ظواهر اجتماعية ناتجة عن البطالة كالمخذرات والهجرة السرية This article is a kind of social analysis about the role played by the social inclusion body in reducing unemployment rate in Algeria . It appeared that this policy, despite its efficiency, is unsufficient to absorb the huge number of university graduates , in particular.
